The Information Technology Agency provides a wide range of services in which some are developed and performed in the "back-office operations" and others are provided in-person, customer service. Many critical technical services are never physically seen by our customers but we also deliver in-person services that are very personal to our customers. This month's spotlight of the month shines on some of our "customer faces of ITA", our Customer Services Division. The Customer Services Division (CSD) is an example of employee leadership, collaboration, communication, coordination and building relations with all customers in order to continuously provide prompt and outstanding customer service. The CSD continuously strives to provide excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude. This is evident through the results in the services that each section provides.
